Wholesale Account Agreement

As a TOKER POKER Retailer, I agree to the following:

• Not to sell TOKER POKER products on any online service other than your own website. Specifically, you may not sell TOKER POKER products on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy or similar marketplace sites or services.
• If a product is returned due to a defect, you will replace the product from your inventory (if possible). TOKER POKER will then provide you with a replacement as part of your next order. Please email noah@tokerpoker.com to make a claim.
• Not to print, paint, or alter the Toker Poker for resell purposes.
